Hockey is for Everyone Book

Hockey Is For Everyone is an organization focused on growing hockey by supporting players of every race, gender identity, sexual orientation, or ability. Hockey is often thought of as a white man’s sport, which isn’t how things have to be. By supporting communities and players from diverse backgrounds, Hockey Is For Everyone seeks to do just that— make hockey a game that feels approachable by everyone.

I wanted this book to showcase players from diverse backgrounds by using their own words. The front and back covers were laser cut using a pattern I created to make the clear acrylic resemble ice after it’s been skated on. A hole cut through the front cover allows the Hockey Is For Everyone logo to be front and center, placed on a puck.
